One year ago, there were just the two of us... we stood under huge river red gums and got ourselves hitched! It was quite possibly the best, most joyous day of my life.

On Friday we went down to the Bellarine for the weekend - this time as a family of three - and remembered what a fabulous time we had had, and celebrated with a divine meal at Loam while the grandparents looked after Leo. wow. What an incredible dining experience. 

Hubby wore red converse shoes at the wedding and so

as a little anniversary surprise, I found baby sized ones for Leo!!

We went to the State library last week to see an exhibition of Australian picture book illustrations... beautiful and inspiring. And the library itself always amazes me - it's one of my favourite places in Melbourne. If you live here and haven't been for a long time, do yourself a favour and spend an afternoon there...
